The electric hydraulic pump is used as power,and the height adjustment of the boarding bridge can be realized by an external power supply.The voltage of the electric hydraulic pump station is 380V,220V,24V and 12V.

Product Structure：

• The mobile boarding bridge is mainly composed of three parts: the base body, the lifting mechanism and the moving mechanism.
• Base body
• The base body is welded by section steel, and the main body is 18# channel steel, 10# channel steel and various rectangular tubes.
• Lifting mechanism
• The lifting mechanism consists of three sets of spiral legs.
• Moving mechanism
• The moving mechanism is mainly a pair of pneumatic tires, which can move a short distance under the traction force of the external structure.

WELDING PROCESS

(1) The panel is fully welded, with higher strength, anti-seepage, ensuring that the chassis is not easy to rust and durable;

(2) The mesh is small, and 1672 welding points are welded according to the drawing to ensure stable panel strength and longer service life of forklift tires.
